In a playful way, in a mini city with pedestrian crossings and intersections – this is how safe transport can be introduced to kindergarten kids and lower-graders.

SASMob Highway Code School: this is the name of the “obstacle course” which the SASMob project staff use to teach the basics of transport to children. It was during the city’s children-day programme series that the course was most recently used: small ones travelled on the course on scooters, mini motorbikes and running bikes, watched and recorded by their parents and their smartphones.
The SASMob Highway Code School can next be used to learn and practice in September, on the car-free day.
